WE ARE HIRING!

POSISI: ASISTEN HR (HR ASSISTANT)

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

· Membantu proses rekrutmen dan seleksi (posting lowongan, penjadwalan interview, dan screening awal).

· Membantu pelaksanaan proses orientasi karyawan baru (onboarding).

· Menjadi narahubung utama untuk pertanyaan karyawan terkait kebijakan perusahaan.

· Bersedia dinar luar kota.

Kualifikasi:

· Pendidikan minimal S1 Psikologi, Manajemen SDM.

· Pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun di bidang HR/Admin.

· Menguasai Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) dan sistem HRIS.

· Memiliki komunikasi yang baik, teliti, dan kemampuan interpersonal yang kuat.

WALK IN INTERVIEW :

· SENIN S.D JUM’AT : JAM 08:00 S.D 16:00

· SABTU : JAM 08:00 S.D 12:00
