Rumah Sakit Izza membuka kesempatan bagi tenaga medis untuk bergabung sebagai Asisten Apoteker

Pada posisi ini, anda akan berperan penting dalam membantu kelancaran pelayanan obat agar pasien mendapatkan obat dengan tepat dan aman.

Tanggung Jawab:

- Menyiapkan Obat Pasien

- Membantu Pelayanan Obat

- Mengelola Stok Obat

- Memastikan Penyimpanan Obat dengan Baik

- Membantu Administrasi Farmasi

- Menjaga Kebersihan dan Kerapihan Area Farmasi

- Membantu Apoteker dalam Pelayanan Kefarmasian

Kualifikasi:

- D - III (D3) Farmasi

- Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman kerja di bagian yang sama, Freshgraduate dipersilahkan

- Memiliki STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi)

- Memahami Dasar Kefarmasian

- Menguasai Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

- Teliti dan Bertanggung Jawab

- Memiliki Kemmapuan Komunikasi yang Baik

- Mampu Bekerja Sama dalam Tim

- Disiplin dan Mampu Bekerja di bawah Tekanan
