General Qualifications:
Minimum education of a Bachelor’s degree.
Fluent in English.
Minimum 1 year of experience in medical records/medical reporting (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Able to operate computers and medical record software (such as SIMRS/EMR).
Possess good communication skills, be detail-oriented, fast, and able to work with sensitive data.
Understand patient data confidentiality procedures.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
Willing to work with deadlines and in a clinic/hospital environment.
Residing in the relevant area or willing to relocate (optional).
Main Responsibilities (optional if you wish to include):
Manage and verify patient medical record data.
Prepare, update, and accurately archive medical reports.
Perform coding of diagnoses and procedures.
Input data into the EMR/SIMRS system.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff regarding patient data.
