responsibilities:
1. Assist the Lead Teacher in preparing and conducting daily lessons and classroom activities.
Support children's learning through play, exploration, and hands-on experiences.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
Encourage positive behavior and model good manners and respect.
Help children develop independence in daily routines, such as toileting, eating, and cleaning up.
Prepare teaching materials, learning aids, and classroom displays.
Assist with classroom documentation, portfolios, and student records.
Communicate politely and professionally with parents when required
Participate in school events, meetings, workshops, and professional development.
Follow all school policies, safety procedures, and child protection guidelines.
Perform other duties assigned by the Principal or Lead Teacher.
