Your responsibilities:
- Daily operations: inventory management, studio upkeep, setting up for art jamming sessions, handling deliveries
- Customer service: be the face of our brand - host customers and show them the best time!
- Have an ability to work independently, take initiative and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Research and marketing: from your interactions with our customers, better understand their needs and come up with creative ways to retain customers and attract new ones.
We are looking for someone:
- People-person: able to communicate well and provide good service. This will be a customer facing job! You need to LOVE interacting with people!
- Independent, disciplined, hard-working
- Good organization skills
- Interested in learning and doing what it takes for a small business to succeed
Good to have one of the following:
- Experience in service jobs
- Photography and editing skills with understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
- Currently or previously enrolled in art-related schools or courses
Your role will not be limited to one narrow area, but rather you will be contributing to various aspects of the business. The internship will ultimately differ based on your own experience and skills. If you are interested in art, you will have the chance to help build our programming, but no art experience is necessary.
You will be paid according to experience, and a monthly bonus is possible based on company and personal performance.
To start immediately, minimum 3-4 months commitment with potential for a full-time job after.
