Job description for ART DIRECTOR at Redcarpet Agency
Primary purpose: An art director makes sure the client's message is conveyed to their desired audience. Take responsibility for the advertising's visual aspects, while working with other team members such as the graphic designer and work together to devise an overall concept (also known as the "creative" or "big idea") for the commercial, mailer, brochure, or other advertisements. Come up with the headline or other copy, and the copywriter suggests a visual or aesthetic approach.
Job Description:
● Work with creative team to establish a unified brand understanding and voice for the Brand/ Product, helming a creative audit to elevate our innovation.
● Conceptualize campaign vision, harnessing original graphics, copy, content websites, social media, and other marketing materials
● Think conceptually and solve business problems presented by the client. Develop creative briefs based on ideas established in brainstorming sessions with direction, schedules, and expected deliverables for the creative team.
● Support training & sharing knowledge with all members of the team.
● Outsourcing quality control to meet team standards.
● Liaising with clients to determine their requirements and budget.
● Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required. Act as the main force of visual execution and be responsible for quality control.
● Independently lead projects, mentor junior teammates, and review junior designers' work to ensure quality and brand fit.
● Interact with the client and account management to gain a total understanding of the client's business strategy and the market in which it is competing.
Requirements
Knowledge & experiences
● Communication and marketing, especially digital marketing to define actions, tools,and know how for the services line of RedCarpet Agency Communications
● Market trend, needs, and company competitive advantages
● Management (Plan-do-check-act) principles & leadership (role model of company’s core values, involved others in team decisions & actions, support team achieve goals)
● Proficiency in English (intermediate) & Vietnamese
● Bachelor’s degree in fine art, graphic design, or similar discipline
● 2+ years as a professional graphic designer and experiences in Agency, Adnetwork.(Prefer)
● Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
● Have a solid knowledge of photography and video production (Video Editing/ 2D Animation)
