Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of field sales, sales admin, and technical support
- Oversee the promotion and sales of medical equipment within the defined areas
- Ensure coordination and alignment among team members to meet sales targets and customer satisfaction
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum D3 in Electromedic, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmaceutical, or S1 in any field
- Min. 5 years experience in Sales of medical equipment and management of a sales team
- Having own vehicle, willing to travel outside of town
- Proven experience in managing teams and achieving sales goals
