Job description for architect at Bvr Group Asia
Job responsibility
- Managing design projects from concept development through to completion and ensure a high quality, innovative and functional design
- Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
- Create conceptual drawing, design, and initial 3d models of the project
- Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections
- Keep within budgets and timeline
Job requirement:
- Preferable if you have marina/jetty design architecture experience
- Degree in architecture or related degree is required
- Proven work experience as an Architect
- Excellent technical drawing skills.
- proficient with master planning
- knowledge of Microsoft office, Microsoft Project and design software programs
- A keen interest in the built environment and the dedication to see projects through to their conclusion
