- Good in Numerical Skill
- Able to operate software, ex ArchiCAD, Chief Architect, Punch, Autocad, etc
- Critical and creative person
- Good in communication and negotiable
- Had experience on Create Sketch and building design
- Placement : Jakarta Selatan
Jobdesc :
Membuat konsep rancangan bangunan,
Mengembangkan rancangan bangunan,
Mengolah tata ruang sebuah bangunan,
Mengolah bentuk luar dan tampak sebuah bangunan,
Menentukan jenis dan letak sistem struktur pada bangunan,
Menentukan jenis dan letak instalasi pipa air dan jalur ventilasi udara
Menentukan jenis dan letak instalasi listrik pada bangunan,
Menyusun rancangan anggaran bangunan,
Mengawasi pengerjaan bangunan.
