Job description for Application Support Intern at Kitameraki
We are looking for last year student to fill the Application Support (Internship) position.
Responsibilities
In this role you will:
- Provide 1st level support to our customers.
- perform user acceptance tests.
- write blog posts to promote the products.
- write application functional specification.
Qualifications
- Last year student in bachelor's degree with major in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, and other engineering majors
- Willing to work from office in South Jakarta for 6 months
- Able to work onsite in Permata Hijau, Kebayoran Lama, Jakarta Selatan or Omah Mapan Yogyakarta
Skill & Knowledge:
- Prior first experience as an Application Support / Quality Assurance / Business Analyst is a plus.
- Good understanding of Software Development cycle is a plus.
- Experience in programming is a plus.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written - MANDATORY (TOEFL ITP minimum 500, TOEFL IBT minimum 79, TOEIC minimum 800, or IELTS minimum 6.5).
