Job description for APAC GROWTH MARKETING MANAGER at French Chamber Of Commerce In Singapore
On behalf of one of its clients, a consulting firm, the French Chamber of Commerce is looking for a APAC GROWTH MARKETING MANAGER
The Company is a research and consulting firm, global challenger, expert in behavioural science, ranked in the top 20 worldwide agencies. It brings data to life and converts deep understanding of customers into behaviour change strategies. The Company operates both for public and private clients with methodologies fuelled by Behavioural Science.
The role:
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with outbound/digital marketing experience (preferably Hubspot) with proven successes in the region (start-ups or agile BtoB businesses appreciated). Role is reporting to the CEO APAC and will work closely with each regional Managing Directors (MDs). With strong leadership, and creative drive, the Growth Marketing Manager will source leads and own and execute campaigns, programs, and outbound communications.
the two main objectives will be to:
1- Support regional awareness of the Company and create regional brand content to stay top of mind with prospects and clients, leveraging thought leadership of each MD’s activity : brand social media activity, content engagement, and reach.
2- Help MDs in sourcing leads, nurturing campaigns, organizing meetings, events, and follow-ups, to fuel our APAC subsidiaries top of the funnel growth : database growth, contact to meeting conversion.
To do so, the future Growth Marketing Manager will :
- leverage existing the Company's global assets: brand content, podcasts, events, credentials, trainings delivered by HQ com teams, Hubspot teams and global Growth teams based in Europe.
- create regional content with the inspiration and case studies provided by MDs
- manage a budget for designing regional assets and organising campaigns.
This new role is an opportunity to make an impact, joining a team of regional senior leaders managing businesses/affiliates located in 5 cities (HK, SG, SH, SYD). Each APAC business is working closely with the International Growth teams located internationally.
Responsibilities :
- Source new leads in key sectors/clients, using cross-referrals within the group, growth hacking techniques, networking events, competitive review…
- Reach out to prospects (emails, networking events…) to organize intro meetings with MDs, prepare the meeting and follow-up
- Create, design, and execute content and marketing campaigns to provide visibility to thought leadership from in collaboration with MDs
- Increase prospect and customer engagement and conversion using various levers:
regional SEO, acquisition campaigns (advertising), automated outbound, lead nurturing campaigns, Tradeshow, conference outreach and logistics, social media reach (including Linkedin, Wechat, Twitter)
- Convert event marketing (webinars, meet-ups, workshops etc.) in opportunities to acquire or nurture clients, focusing on pre-event and post-event
- Support MDs in their business development activities (hubspot campaigns): pipeline-building and tracking, organizing meetings, supporting MD’s for proposals, ensuring follow-up.
- Help build / design or adapt branded communication materials including ppt presentations, emails, landing pages and other collaterals.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- Demonstrable experience in marketing with 3 to 4 years experience. Candidate should have some growth hacking experience, email marketing (copywriting) and digital tools acumen.
- Experience in identifying target audiences and driving lead generation
- Experience in email marketing and digital content management (landing page creations, social media campaigns…)
- xperience in designing brand content (newsletters, videos, case-studies…) and use of content creation tools (adobe, canvas, video…)
- Experience working with Hubspot preferred, and compatible automation tools and knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools and ad serving tools (Linkedin)
- Experience in managing corporate marketing events strategy and execution
- Ability to work cross functionally with internal teams as well as with customers and partners
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal, copywriting) in English
- Entrepreneurial mindset and creative talent will make a difference
- A passion for human behaviour, market-research, or behavioural science, is a plus. Experience with one of our priority verticals: Bank-finance, FMCG, Luxury… a plus too.
