Job description for Analis Helpdesk IT at PT Indo Teknologi Solusi

PT. Indo Teknologi Solusi, sebuah perusahaan IT Solution yang bergerak dalam pengembangan aplikasi-aplikasi perusahaan mencari seorang Admin Technical Writer dengan keterangan sebagai berikut :

1. Wanita

2. Memiliki pendidikan S1 bidang IT

3. Sabar dalam menghadapi klien, Rapi dan Ulet

4. Memiliki kemampuan membuat dokumen menggunakan Word/Google Docs

5. Memahami istilah-istilah teknis IT

6. Mampu membuat dokumen-dokumen project IT antara lain : Project Charter, BRD, FSD, FDD, MOM, SIT, UAT, Project Progress

7. Mampu bekerja secara sistematis mengorganisasi dokumen berkala antara lain : Berita Acara per termin, Laporan Maintenance Berkala

8. Lebih disukai jika memiliki pengetahuan mengenai istilah-istilah Manajemen Risiko
