Requirment
- Strong experience building full-stack web applications
- Proficient with Codex or similar AI coding agents
- Strong ability to review AI-generated code and identify hallucinations or incorrect implementation
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue, or similar
- Experience with backend frameworks such as Node.js, NestJS, FastAPI, Django, Go, Laravel, or similar
- Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL
- Experience with Redis, queues, background jobs, and API integrations
- Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, rate limits, and third-party integrations
- Ability to read and implement from English API documentation
- Understanding of order management, inventory, payments, logistics, or e-commerce systems
- Strong debugging skills and product thinking
- Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment
Responsibilities
- Use Codex and AI coding workflows to rapidly build product modules
- Convert PRDs and product discussions into clear engineering tasks
- Design database schemas, APIs, service layers, frontend pages, and background jobs
- Build third-party API connectors for e-commerce platforms, logistics providers, payment providers, and Meta/WhatsApp APIs
- Implement webhook handlers, retries, idempotency, queues, and error logging
- Review and validate AI-generated code before merging
- Write tests for critical business logic, especially order, inventory, payment, and logistics workflows
- Read official API documentation and verify implementation matches documentation
- Build internal tools, dashboards, and admin workflows
- Help establish our AI-native engineering process, including Codex task templates, review checklists, and acceptance criteria
Job Description
We are building a B2B SaaS platform for e-commerce sellers across Southeast Asia. Our product helps merchants manage and unify orders from Facebook Live, Messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other commerce channels —including social commerce order capture, marketplace order aggregation, inventory synchronization, local payment workflows, local logistics integration, warehouse fulfillment, waybill printing, tracking, and operational analytics. We are looking for an AI-native Full-Stack Engineer who is highly proficient with Codex and AI coding workflows. This is not a traditional engineering role where you wait for tickets and write code manually — we want someone who can use Codex and vibe coding to move extremely fast, while maintaining strong engineering judgment, code quality, and system reliability. You will work closely with the founder to build the first version of the product from zero to one.
