We're building the software that runs Vietnam's spa industry.
We're early. We're small. We move fast, we ship fast, and we don't pretend to have it all figured out. What we do have: a clear vision, real products in real spas, and a founder who runs his own spa in HCMC — so we know the industry from the inside, not from a slide deck.
We work AI-first. Claude, Cursor, v0, Lovable — these aren't experiments, they're how we build. We believe one sharp engineer with the right tools can outship a team of five with old habits.

## What You'll Do
You'll build product. Not tickets, not sprints, not Jira theatre. **Product.**
You'll work directly with the founder on what gets built, how it gets built, and what good looks like. You'll have real ownership and real decision-making power from day one.
Concretely:
- Ship features end-to-end: mobile apps, web admin, backend, infrastructure
- Use AI tools as your main build environment — and know when to push back on what they suggest
- Make architecture calls in dialogue with AI, with the experience to spot when something feels off
- Propose, scope, and decide — you won't be waiting around for someone to tell you what to do
- Help shape how we build, not just what we build
This is not a place where you'll be code-reviewing someone else's PRs for a year before you get to touch the real stuff. You'll be in the deep end from week one.

## Who You Are
- **3–5 years building real products** — ideally at Vietnamese startups (consumer, marketplace, fintech, anything where you had to ship fast)
- **AI-fluent.** You've used Claude, Cursor, v0, or Lovable to ship actual things in the last year. Not "I tried ChatGPT."
- **You know enough to know when AI is wrong.** You can read AI-generated code, spot security issues, recognize over-engineering, and ask better follow-up questions instead of accepting the first answer.
- **You can read a spec and just go.** No constant back-and-forth on what was meant. You decompose, you ship, you ask the right questions when something is genuinely unclear.
- **Native or near-native Vietnamese.**
- **Professional English.** We work in English daily, in writing. This isn't optional.
- **Self-direction.** No one will manage your day. You'll own your time, your output, and your craft.
Nice to have, not required: mobile experience (React Native / Expo), marketplace background, time in spa/wellness/beauty, or strong TypeScript/Next.js/Supabase chops.
What we don't need: 10+ years of seniority, framework purism, CS degrees, or someone who'd rather argue about architecture than ship something.
