Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Menerima enquiry dari customer internal dan external baik melalui telepon, email, sosial media, dan direct request
Memberikan informasi dasar apabila muncul enquiry berupa pertanyaan langsung dari customer
Melakukan input dan update data atas enquiry yang diterima melalui sistem yang ada
Melaporan dan menghubungi PIC Cabang bilamana ada muncul enquiry dari customer
Follow up ke pihak terkait (PIC Cabang dan Dept. Head) bilamana tidak ada update atas laporan enquiry dalam waktu 1x24 jam

2023 "The Best Partnership Performance Plant Category", workshop period in April 2023 from Adaro Energy. "Best Green Project Implementation", Dealer Green Challenge form Volvo Distribution Center Balikpapan. "Execellent Service Performance Award", from SDLG.
