Job description for Agency & Host BD at FUNI. PTE. LTD.
Job Responsibilities
● Agency Development: Identify and evaluate voice-chat platform resources in Indonesia; negotiate partnerships; build and maintain a network of quality agency partnerships.
● Host Recruitment & Poaching: Proactively source and recruit high-quality local voice-platform hosts; conduct targeted outreach and conversion of high-potential hosts from competitor platforms.
● Business Negotiation & Contracting: Lead commercial negotiations with target voice-platform agencies and hosts; finalize partnerships and complete contract signing.
● Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with agency leaders and hosts to build long-term, stable partnerships; understand their needs to improve retention and satisfaction.
● Market & Competitor Research: Continuously track trends in the Indonesian voice-chat/live-streaming industry; research competitors' agency support policies, host revenue-sharing rules, and platform campaign efforts to inform business expansion strategy.
● Performance & Data Management: Track key metrics (revenue, online activity, etc.) for managed agencies and hosts; set and achieve host recruitment and performance-related KPIs.
Requirements
● Familiar with the Indonesian voice-chat/live-streaming industry ecosystem; candidates with existing agency or host resources preferred.
● Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia or English, able to independently conduct local business communications.
● Strong business development mindset and negotiation skills, able to work under performance pressure.
● Prior business development / agency operations experience in voice-chat rooms, live-streaming, or social apps preferred.
