Job description for After Sales Service & Sparepart CV Specialist at PT Putra Mandiri Jembar
We are looking for a passionate and analytical After Sales Service & Sparepart Commercial Vehicle Specialist to support the growth of DIPO Group’s aftersales business, with a strong focus on Commercial Vehicle (CV) service and spare parts operations.
This role plays a strategic part in driving after-sales performance by developing business strategies, conducting market and customer research, strengthening relationships with dealers and automotive principals (ATPM), and providing insightful business analysis to support decision-making.
The ideal candidate is someone who understands the automotive aftersales ecosystem, enjoys working with data and business strategies, and is comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders across dealers and principals.
Key Responsibilities
- After-sales Business Development & Performance Monitoring (Commercial Vehicle)
- Customer & Market Research utilization
- Strategic Stakeholder Management
- Business Reporting & Insights
- Continuous Improvement & Kaizen Implementation in Dealership
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automotive, or a related field
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in understanding the business of After Sales Service, or a related position (a point plus)
- Have the ability to process and analyse data with Microsoft Office & Power BI
- Having experience in the automotive industry is preferable
- Able to communicate and understand English fluently
- Experience working with expatriates
