Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily administrative tasks, including drafting, receiving, filing, and organizing meeting minutes;
Proficient in operating office software, completing data statistics, report preparation, and data entry;
Assist in communication and coordination among departments, and provide logistical support and reception services for visitors;
Complete other temporary tasks assigned by the leader.
Job requirements:
Female, fluent in Chinese or English, aged 20-35, in good health, with a decent appearance;
College degree or above;
Proficient in office software such as Word, Excel, and PPT, with solid writing skills;
Worked diligently and meticulously, with strong communication skills and a team spirit;
Candidates with relevant work experience are preferred, but those without experience can be trained.
