Job description for Affiliate Specialist Intern at PT. Kreasi Prominest Indonesia
Prominest is a premium ready-to-drink bird's nest brand focused on wellness and modern lifestyle. We are looking for a proactive Affiliate Specialist Intern to grow our affiliate network and drive sales through creator partnerships. Your main goal is to find the right creators, maintain good relationships, and ensure they consistently promote our products on TikTok and Shopee.
What'll You Do:
- Actively find and recruit new affiliates/KOLs (nano, micro, and macro) that align with our brand and target audience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top-performing affiliates to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Manage the end-to-end sample distribution process, from creator selection and shipping to tracking video/live output.
- Set up and manage affiliate plans (Open, Targeted, or Managed Plans) in TikTok Shop and Shopee Affiliate portals.
- Provide creators with clear product USPs, campaign schedules, and creative briefs to ensure high-quality content.
- Track daily affiliate sales, analyze which creators drive the best ROI, and identify "winning" content.
- Manage affiliate communication channels (WhatsApp/Telegram groups) to share promos, best practices, and new arrivals.
Requirements:
- Final-year student or Fresh Graduate (any major, Communication/Marketing preferred).
- Passionate about TikTok & Shopee; familiar with how Affiliate programs work on these apps.
- Confident in reaching out, "pitching" our brand, and negotiating with creators.
- Able to manage many chats and track sample logistics accurately using spreadsheets.
- Understands that the main goal is driving sales and revenue, not just likes/views.
- Proactive and professional in following up with creators to ensure content is posted on time.
