Job description for Advertiser (Multikanal) at Slameticon Digital Valley

Fokus

Mengelola, mengoptimasi, dan scaling iklan untuk meningkatkan penjualan di berbagai platform (TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads, Meta Ads)

Job Role

1. Setup dan menjalankan campaign iklan

2. Testing konten (angle, hook, audience)

3. Analisa performa iklan (CTR, CPC, ROAS)

4. Scale iklan yang perform

5. Koordinasi dengan tim konten untuk kebutuhan materi iklan

6. Membuat report performa iklan harian/mingguan

Kualifikasi

Menguasai iklan berbayar di:

Memahami dasar digital ads (Tiktok / Meta / Shopee)
Terbiasa membaca data & analisa performa
Memiliki kemampuan riset dan detail (audience, kompetitor, dan konten)
Memiliki basic desain konten (Canva / tools sejenis)
Target oriented & problem solver
Komunikatif dan bisa kerja tim
Berpengalaman minimal 1 tahun diutamakan
Bersedia ditempatkan di Jakarta
Bersedia mengikuti training di Purwokerto (masa onboarding)
