Job Description
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Admissions Service Executives to join our Learner Service Department. The Admissions Service Executives will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing information about our courses, and ensuring a smooth and supportive experience from initial inquiry to enrollment.
● Location: 3 C.P. Tower 2 Fortune Town Building, 21st floor, Din Daeng, Bangkok
● Working hours: 5 days per week (8 hrs per day)
● Salary (excl. commission): ฿20,000 – ฿28,000 (Negotiable)
● Total income: up to ฿45,000+ (Based on the actual KPIs achieved and the applicable commission structure.
I. Key Responsibilities
1. Prospective Student Engagement: Respond to inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, chat, and in-person.
2. Admissions Process Management: Assist prospective students with the application process, ensuring all required documentation is complete and submitted in a timely manner.
3. Relationship Building: Build strong relationships and follow up with prospective students to ensure a high conversion rate from inquiry to enrollment.
4. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the Learner Service Manager, other team members and the marketing department as well as other departments to support promotional activities and events aimed at increasing student enrollments.
5. Data Management and Reporting: Prepare regular reports on admissions activities, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
II. Requirements
1. Experience:
● Minimum of 1 years of experience in education consults, admissions, student recruitment, or a related role, preferably within the education sector.
● Experience with CRM systems and data management is a plus.
● Preferred: Demonstrated track record improving sales performance.
2. Skills and Competencies:
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire prospective students.
● Language skills: Possess excellent Thai communication abilities with the capacity to clearly and concisely explain complex information, as well as having intermediate proficiency in English.
● Proficiency in Google sheet, Google doc, excel.
● Passionate about education and helping students achieve their goals.
● High level of professionalism and a positive attitude.
