Job description for Administrator at Auracle Tech
Our business is seeking a Full-Time Administrator to oversee projects from start to end and ensure they are executed in accordance with contract specifications. As a full-time administrator will be in charge of creating and monitoring project schedules, ensuring that all required resources are available to ensure project completion, and serving as a liaison between the project team and the client. Because the chosen applicant will be the only point of contact for key customers, we need someone who is confident, professional, and dependable.
Responsibilities:
- Create project timelines and metrics that will be evaluated at each project milestone.
- Prior to the start of each project phase, evaluate the material and manpower requirements.
- Maintain and update all customer contract files, including digital and physical copies.
- Create a safe working environment for team members by following business rules as well as local and federal workplace laws.
- Before, during, and after each project, negotiate contract modifications with consumers.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a closely related field
- Preference will be given to those who have prior experience with high-level CRM software.
- Experience in administration and contract management of at least two years is needed.
- Ability to keep work flowing in a fast-paced workplace
- Willing to collaborate with all levels of internal administrative tasks and use internal resources
- Outstanding interpersonal communication abilities
