Human Resources Staff
Full-time | On-site | Jakarta, Indonesia
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Staff to join our team. This role plays a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment to engagement and performance — while helping to build a positive and healthy company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Selection
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies based on business needs
• Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and coordinate with department heads and team members
• Manage the end-to-end hiring process up to the offer stage
2. Onboarding & Training
• Design and implement structured, engaging onboarding programs for new hires
• Support new employees in their adaptation process
• Coordinate initial training programs (service standards, SOPs, attitude, and other essential topics)
3. Employee Engagement & Relations
• Foster a positive and collaborative work culture
• Act as a bridge between leadership (owner) and the team
• Handle minor conflicts, gather feedback, and provide solutions
• Plan and organize employee engagement activities (team building, annual trip, etc.)
4. Performance Management
• Develop simple and relevant KPIs (especially for instructors and operational staff)
• Monitor employee performance and progress
• Support monthly performance reviews and evaluations
5. HR Strategy Support
• Provide insights and analysis to the owner (e.g., turnover issues, team dynamics, etc.)
• Assist in healthy team scaling and organizational development
Requirements:
✔️ Must Have
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in HR (fresh graduates are welcome if they have strong organizational experience or internships)
• Solid understanding of recruitment, HR administration, and employee relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling data
