The company focuses on creating unique flooring, decking, and bespoke Furniture that reflect both quality and environmental responsibility. Located at Jalan Gunung Athena No 33, the showroom is committed to craftsmanship and innovation. We are seeking an Administrative Staff to support our growing team and help maintain the smooth operation of our daily activities.
The Administrative Staff will be responsible for managing office operations, including data entry, document preparation, and maintaining records. They will assist with administrative tasks such as admisnitration, handling correspondence, and supporting the sales team in store operations. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. The ideal candidate will contribute to the overall efficiency of the company while providing excellent support to both internal and external stakeholders.
Candidates must have an Associate Degree or equivalent educational background. A minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in administrative or related roles is preferred. Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and basic store sales operations is required. Strong organizational skills and a positive attitude are essential.
