Job description for Administration & Finance
· Do the day by day general admin tasks.
· Do all office coordination tasks starting from handling HR, project report, making reporting for management and company operation administration.
· Evaluate and enhance our operations in project spend while researching and prospecting developments in Head Office spend or Global Spend
· Negotiating with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
· Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements)
· Forecast costs and revenues.
· Organize internal audits.
· Prepare budgets (for the entire company and by department)
· Female, between 20-30 years old
· Min D3 degree in accounting, business as a procurement management or a similar field are preferred
· Minimum 3 years of experience as an admin and Finance.
· Mastering the accounting cycle, making financial and tax reports
· Familiar with using accounting software or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
· Proficient in operating computers, Microsoft Office (minimum Excel, Word)
· Able to work quickly, precisely, firmly, accurately, honestly, disciplined and in good health
· Able to work in a team, accustomed to working under pressure and able to meet deadlines.
· A mature person with a positive character who is eager to develop him/herself. Critical thinking, curiosity, independent, and intellectual humility are just some of the 'must have' attitudes we seek for in our candidates
· Highly self-motivated and able to work under minimum supervision, computer literate is a must (All Microsoft Office module, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
· Good command in English both oral and written.
