• Melakukan administrasi operasional kos

• Menginput dan merekap pembayaran penyewa kos

• Mengontrol tagihan, pengeluaran, dan biaya maintenance kos

• Membuat laporan administrasi dan keuangan sederhana

• Follow up pembayaran tenant/penyewa

• Menangani komplain ringan dan kebutuhan customer penyewa kos

• Berkoordinasi dengan teknisi atau vendor terkait perbaikan/maintenance

• Memastikan data penyewa dan dokumen administrasi tersusun rapi
