Job description for Admin Warehouse at PT. Allvamed Nuvacon Adigana

Tanggung jawab:
Pengelolaan Barang (Stok)Pencatatan Keluar-Masuk: Mencatat setiap barang yang masuk dan keluar secara teliti.Pemeriksaan Fisik: Mencocokkan jumlah dan kondisi fisik barang dengan dokumen atau surat jalan yang ada.Pengecekan Stok Berkala: Melakukan stock opname rutin untuk memastikan data sistem sama persis dengan stok di rak gudang.

2. Administrasi dan Dokumentasi Input Data: Memasukkan data inventaris ke dalam sistem komputer (Excel, ERP, atau Warehouse Management System).Pembuatan Dokumen: Menyiapkan dokumen penting seperti Delivery Order (DO), surat jalan untuk kurir, dan form penerimaan barang.Pembuatan Laporan: Menyusun laporan stok harian, mingguan, maupun bulanan untuk manajemen.

Kualifikasi:

Min SMK Pengalaman 1-3 Tahun di bidang yang sama, Office Administrasi, punya SIM A atau C .
