Job description for Admin Warehouse at INVERSE CLUB

About the Role

Admin Warehouse bertanggung jawab mendukung kelancaran proses administrasi gudang melalui pengelolaan data, dokumen, serta koordinasi dengan tim sales dan departemen terkait agar proses penjualan berjalan tertib dan akurat.

Key Responsibilities

1. mengatur jadwal penagihan invoice sesuai brief/kebutuhan perusahaan

2. berkoordinasi dengan dept finance perihal invoicing

3. handling database customer peserta program cashback toko

4. crosscheck/verifikasi berkas-berkas pendukung program cashback toko

Skills & Competencies

Menguasai MS Excel, Google Sheets, Notion, & Accurate
Data management & administrasi gudang
Komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik
Teliti dan memiliki perhatian tinggi terhadap detail
