Job description for Admin Tender dan Pengadaan at PT GEMA MULIA SEMESTA (SOUVIA)
- Menyusun dokumen untuk administrasi Tender E-proc & LPSE
- Menjaga dan merapikan dokumen legal perusahaan serta template dokumen tender
- Merekap pengalaman pekerjaan berupa SPK dan BAST
- Memproses izin-izin usaha yang dibutuhkan perusahaan
- Monitoring informasi tender daily dari semua E-proc dan LPSE
- Mengisi formulir E-Proc & LPSE
- Mengupload dokumen-dokumen yang dipersyaratkan untuk tender
- Membuat slide presentasi dan pitch deck
- Membuat reporting pekerjaan
- Dan tugas lain yang diberikan atasan
- Wanita/Pria muslim usia maks. 28 tahun
- Diutamakan lulusan minimal S1 jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran
- Memiliki minimal 1 tahun pengalaman dalam administratif dan yang berkaitan dengan penyuntingan dokumen
- Fresh Graduate dipersilahkan melamar dengan syarat sebelumnya aktif di berbagai organisasi dan kepanitiaan
- Dapat mengoperasikan Ms. Office (terutama Ms. Word, Excel dan Spreadsheet)
- Mampu bekerja cepat dan cakap dalam penyusunan dokumen, terbiasa dalam pengelolaan dokumen, seorang yang inisiatif dan kreatif, mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan, dan bekerja rapi
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Bogor.
