Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

Menginput dan memperbarui data administrasi perusahaan ke dalam sistem atau dokumen kerja

Menyusun dan mengarsipkan laporan administrasi kantor secara berkala

Mengelola dokumen administrasi serta memastikan kelengkapan data operasional

Mendukung kebutuhan administrasi kegiatan operasional kantor

Membantu proses pengolahan dan rekapitulasi data administrasi

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan :

Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK atau setara

Memiliki pengalaman kerja di bidang administrasi sekitar 1–2 tahun

Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office terutama Word dan Excel

Memahami proses penginputan data dan pengelolaan dokumen administrasi

Memiliki kemampuan dasar pengarsipan dan penyusunan laporan administrasi
