ADMIN STAFF (Penempatan Bali)

KUALIFIKASI :

• Perempuan, usia maksimal 28 tahun (belum menikah)

• Memiliki pengalaman bekerja sebagai Admin minimal selama 1 tahun

• Pendidikan minimal D3/D4/S1 semua jurusan

• Komunikatif, inisiatif tinggi, detail dan teliti

• Mampu bekerja individu maupun tim

• Jujur, disiplin, bertanggung jawab, loyalitas dan mampu problem solving

• Bisa mengendarai motor & memiliki SIM C

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN :

• Membuat dan mencatat laporan stok barang masuk & keluar

• Mengecek kesesuaian stok fisik dengan data (Stock Opname)

• Mencatat transaksi keuangan harian (pemasukan & pengeluaran)

• Menyusun dan mengatur jadwal/rute teknisi sesuai pemesanan customer

• Membuat dokumen administrasi (invoice, surat jalan, dsb.)
