Job description for Admin Skiptrace at PT. Hitech Smart Solution

1. Melakukan pencarian, penelusuran, dan verifikasi data customer berdasarkan database yang tersedia.

2. Mengidentifikasi dan memperbarui informasi kontak customer, seperti nomor telepon, alamat, dan data pendukung lainnya.

3. Melakukan input dan update hasil skiptrace ke dalam sistem/database secara akurat.

4. Berkoordinasi dengan Team Leader dan tim Collection untuk menyampaikan hasil penelusuran data.

5. Membuat laporan skiptrace serta memastikan seluruh proses dilakukan sesuai SOP dan menjaga kerahasiaan data customer.

6. Membantu administrasi lainnya dalam bentuk general.
