Company Description
Sarana Abadi Makmur Bersama Group is a distributor and logistics provider specializing in Modern Trade Channel. We carry a wide range of products, from consumer goods to household appliances, to support the strong presence and on-time deliveries of our principals in the Modern Trade Channel and E-Commerce platforms. Our company is located in Pulogadung, East Jakarta.
Role Description
- Monitor marketplace orders on a regular basis.
- Ensure orders flow into all systems (ERP and WMS) and follow up with the relevant team if any flow issues occur.
- Check transaction data and marketplace status.
- Ensure transactions between systems are accurate and consistent.
- Reconcile transactions between systems, ensuring no status discrepancies (GAP) occur.
- Periodically check, follow up, and resolve DN orders without SI (GIT) status for write-off submission.
- Coordinate with couriers regarding waybills, pickups, deliveries, returns, and complaints.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team regarding orders, waybills, stock, pick-up requests, item/package readiness status, and handover reports.
- Coordinate with the finance & accounting team regarding the ERP system, GIT resolution, order status, handover reports, etc.
- Coordinate with brand PICs & customer service regarding order updates and issues, customer complaints, returns, promotions, handover reports, etc.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma degree in any major
- Having 1-2 years experience as Supply Chain admin or other logistic roles
- Experienced in administration and order processing.
- Able to communicate effectively (internally and externally) and proactive.
- Detail-oriented and accurate in data entry; disciplined, loyal, and responsible at work.
- Quick to adapt to tasks; capable of and accustomed to working under pressure, with targets, and overtime.
- Proficient in operating computers and Microsoft Office (advanced in Excel and its functions).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with order platform/marketplace systems (Tokopedia, Bukalapak, Akulaku, Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
