Requirements :
- A Diploma Degree at any major
- Min. 1 years of experience on related fields
- Excellent problem solving, and ability to provide solutions to client
- Fast respond and understanding the customer’s needs
- Giving an excellent customer service experience
- An adaptable personality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and within tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Available having weekend shift
Job Description :
- Provide accurate information about Mecapan Beauty services and packages professionally
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback empathetically
- Assist customers with booking services and managing schedules
- Offer personalized recommendations based on customer needs and preferences
- Ensure accurate recording and confirmation of bookings in the system
- Coordinate with the service providers for smooth delivery of services
- Follow up on customer satisfaction and share customer feedback to improve overall service quality
