Job Description
- Provide administrative support to Account Managers in daily sales and business development operations.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain project-related documents, including proposals, contracts, agreements, and reports.
- Manage the company's registration and procurement onboarding processes in client vendor systems.
- Update and maintain accurate records of clients, leads, prospects, and pipeline data.
- Assist with client follow-ups and handle project-related correspondence between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Help track project progress, prepare status reports, and coordinate the procurement of necessary goods/services for IT projects.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by the Sales Director.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sales administration, project administration, or as an executive secretary.
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major (Information Systems, Business Administration, or Management preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- A basic understanding of IT terminology, software, or tech consulting workflows is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills, highly organized, and strong attention to detail.
- Based in Jakarta and available to join immediately.
