Job description for Admin Purchasing at Pt. Rhino Indonesia Sukses
Job Desc:
• Melakukan pemesanan barang ke supplier baik luar negeri maupun lokal.
• Berkoordinasi dengan expedisi untuk pengiriman barang import.
• Membuat report progress dari pemesanan barang sampai dengan barang sampai.
• Menjalin hubungan Kerjasama dengan supplier dari luar negeri
• Menerjemahkan komunikasi antara pihak perusahaan dengan supplier dari luar negeri
• Membuat purchase order serta follow up PO agar sesuai jadwal
• Memastikan semua proses pengadaan barang berjalan lancar, akurat, dan tepat waktu
Requirements:
• Usia minimal 27th
• Pendidikan minimal D3
• Memiliki pengalaman 1 tahun di bidang purchasing
• Menguasai Microsoft Office (menguasai Excel)
• Dapat bekerja dalam sebuah tim
