Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for project operations
- Maintain and organize project documentation and records
- Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and project correspondence
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Monitor project timelines and assist in scheduling
- Handle data entry and ensure accuracy of project-related information
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administration (project experience is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to multitask
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is a must
