Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Posisi ini berfokus pada mencari dan mendapatkan properti berdasarkan kebutuhan nyata dari customer. Anda akan mengikuti alur kerja yang terstruktur untuk menemukan peluang, berkomunikasi dengan pemilik atau agen properti, serta membantu proses hingga terjadi transaksi.

Ini adalah role berbasis target, di mana konsistensi, ketelitian, dan kemampuan follow-up sangat penting.

Tanggung Jawab

Mencari dan mendapatkan properti sesuai kebutuhan customer
Berkomunikasi dengan pemilik/agen untuk mengumpulkan informasi serta melakukan negosiasi harga dan terms
Memastikan data properti lengkap, akurat, dan tersusun rapi
Mengelola dan memperbarui pipeline properti secara konsisten
Bekerja sama dengan tim internal (sales & operations) untuk mendukung closing
Memastikan properti yang didapat kompetitif sesuai kondisi market
Mencapai target mingguan dan bulanan: 1. Jumlah properti yang didapat 2. Kualitas dan kelengkapan listing 3. Harga yang kompetitif
Membuat laporan secara rutin (harian/mingguan)

Kualifikasi

Terbuka untuk lulusan SMA / Diploma / Sarjana
Berdomisili di Yogyakarta dan bersedia bekerja dari kantor
Memiliki kemampuan Bahasa Inggris dasar (lisan & tulisan)
Teliti dan memiliki perhatian tinggi terhadap detail
Rajin, bertanggung jawab, dan konsisten dalam bekerja
Nyaman bekerja dengan proses yang terstruktur
Terbiasa bekerja dengan target
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik
Mampu menangani pekerjaan rutin dengan kualitas tinggi

Kompensasi

Freelance (bukan karyawan tetap)
Gaji dasar dihitung berdasarkan jumlah hari kerja
Insentif berbasis performa, terutama dari keberhasilan mendapatkan properti yang berujung transaksi
