Job Responsibilities:
Serving and responding to customer chats via WhatsApp and marketplaces.
Confirming orders with customers.
Recording and summarizing confirmed orders.
Updating tracking numbers (resi) and order statuses.
Requirements:
Proficient in English communication (both verbal and written).
Possess a personal smartphone and laptop.
Able to operate Microsoft Office and spreadsheets.
Relevant work experience will be an added advantage.
