Mecapan was established in 2018 as the #1 end-to-end solution for the beauty services landscape in SouthEast Asia. Mecapan seeks to break barriers on a number of fronts: from taking the business to digital platforms to making beauty more accessible for women across the board. In a way, Mecapan levels the field and gives more women convenient access to a series of treatments that will make them look and feel better. It’s about empowering women.
You will:
- Assisting day to day administration for the Massage by Mecapan team
- Handling client request and needs
- Responding to customer chat and complaints
- Manage and inputting data to our Database
- Follow up and processing payments to customer
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor's student in any majors (fresh graduate are welcome)
- Have any experience with administrative and clerical things
- Good communication skills (both written & spoken) and abbility to handle people tactfully and sensitively
- Attention to details
- Can join the team ASAP
