Job description for Admin HRGA Intern (Mandarin Speaker) at PT Musim Semi Wisata
PT Musim Semi Wisata is a service company that assists foreign individuals with their business needs in Indonesia. We operate in the fields of visa and residence permit processing, tax consulting, company establishment, and car rental services. We're currently opening applications HRGA Admin Internship Program. If you have an interest in Chinese culture and can communicate in beginner level Mandarin, we'd love to hear from you!
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Assist in managing office facilities, assets, and inventory.
- Support procurement and purchasing processes for office supplies and operational needs.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Perform other HRGA-related administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Final year students of Psychology/Human resources/Management/Chinese Literature.
- Understands basic administrative tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/WPS/Google docs/spreadsheet.
- Proactive and eager to learn.
- Available for a minimum Internship Period of 3 months.
Office hours:
Monday-Friday: 09:00-16:00
