Job Description
Responsible for handling HR administration, including employee data management, payroll support, and assisting in recruitment and other HR activities.
Responsibilities
• Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leave, contracts, etc.).
• Support payroll process and administer BPJS/insurance.
• Assist recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
• Prepare HR-related reports and official documents.
• Provide administrative support for HR programs (training, performance evaluation, engagement).
Qualifications
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Administration, Management, Psychology, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in HR administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/HRIS, detail-oriented, and organized.
• Good communication skills, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
