I. Purpose of the job
Support sales, marketing, finance, and HR
II. Job responsibility:
• Reporting to HR
•Support sales activity such as tender document, supporting letter and other
• Support marketing activity such as social media activity, souvenir creation and other
• Support finance activity related with payment, invoice and other
• Support HRD related with selling and buy office inventory and other
III. Essential Professional Experience:
• At least have 1 years working experience in similar position.
IV. Skill:
• Capable working with computer (ex. MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point)
• Fluent in English in both verbal and writing is advantage
V. Qualification:
• Age range 18 – 25 years old
• Minimum senior high school
• Have pleasant analytic, hardworking and good appearance
• Strong motivation, able to work independently and in a team
