Job Requirement: Admin General Affair
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree, any major
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administration/general affair (fresh graduates are welcome to apply for certain positions)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and neat in managing documents and data
- Able to operate computers and office equipment (printer, scanner, etc.)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
Responsibilities
- Input and archive company data/documents
- Prepare periodic administrative reports
- Assist with coordination between divisions
- Manage and ensure smooth office operations (electricity, water, cleanliness, security)
- Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies/equipment (stationery, consumables, etc.)
- Handle licensing and renewal of office legal documents (as needed)
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors/suppliers (cleaning, security, maintenance, etc.)
- Schedule and oversee maintenance/repair of office facilities
- Arrange travel tickets, transportation, and accommodation for employee business trips (as needed)
- Support the organization of internal company events (meetings, gatherings, etc.)
