Job Description:
- Bank Transfer & Payment Processing (Primary)
- Processing payments via online banking, ensuring data accuracy, managing payment schedules, and documenting transfer receipts.
- Financial Administration
- Recording and managing financial transactions, and archiving documents (invoices, receipts, transfer receipts).
- Cash & Bank Administration
- Recording cash and bank transactions and assisting with bank reconciliations.
- Financial Reporting Support
- Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and compiling data for monthly closings.
- Tax Support
- Assisting with the collection of documents for tax reporting
- Strong MS Excel skills and attention to numerical detail
- High level of integrity and ability to manage confidential information
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Possession of Brevet A & B certification is optional but favorable
- If have HSK 4 certificated it would be good
