Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement activities
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems
- Handle correspondence, emails, and communication with clients and vendors
- Ensure office equipment is well-maintained and coordinate servicing when necessary
Policy & Claims Support
- Assist in processing insurance applications, renewals, and cancellations
- Verify, organize, and file policy documents, endorsements, and claims
- Liaise with underwriting and claims departments for documentation
- Follow up on pending insurance claims and maintain updated records
Quotation Support
- Prepare insurance quotations and ensure timely submission to clients
- Liaise with insurers on quotation requests and revisions
- Maintain accurate quotation records and documentation
Customer Service & Support
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins
- Provide admin support to sales and customer service teams
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and training sessions
