Job description for ADMIN EVENT PROJECT at PT NUSWANTARA ADHIDAYA PERKASA

Admin Event bertanggung jawab mendukung kegiatan operasional event dari sisi administrasi, dokumentasi, perizinan, dan pengelolaan dokumen internal maupun eksternal. Posisi ini berperan sebagai support system tim event agar pelaksanaan event berjalan tertib, terukur, dan sesuai prosedur.

Kami mencari kandidat Admin Event yang memiliki kemampuan :

1. Administrasi yang baik

- Membuat dan mengelola dokumen event seperti proposal, quotation, SPK, PO, invoice, kontrak vendor, dan form lainnya.

- Mengatur filing dokumen (softcopy & hardcopy) berdasarkan sistem penyimpanan perusahaan.

2. Support Operasional Event

- Menyusun kebutuhan administrasi untuk technical meeting, vendor meeting, dan koordinasi internal.

- Membantu penyusunan rundown, checklist, dan laporan pendukung event.

3. Perizinan dan Logistik Administratif

- Mengurus surat izin, permohonan venue, dan surat menyurat terkait event dengan pihak eksternal.

- Membuat surat undangan, daftar hadir, dan form evaluasi event.

4. Monitoring Data & Reporting

- Mengelola database peserta/undangan, registrasi event (manual atau digital).

- Menyusun laporan administrasi dan post-event report bagian administrasi.

5. Pendampingan Selama Event (Jika Dibutuhkan)

- Membantu desk registrasi, absensi peserta, pembagian kit, dan aktivitas administrasi on-site lainnya.
