Job description for Admin cum Account Executive at Oakwood & Drehem Capital
- In charge of front desk admin including handle of enquiries, management of centre operations including schedule, emails, minutes and basic account
- Processing applications and payments, as well as maintaining database
- In charge of proper and organised filing, documentation and archiving of forms as well as managing other necessary administrative paperwork
- Ensuring the tidiness, orderliness and neatness of the office
- Generating and updating daily, weekly, monthly reports for the management
- Order stationery, pantry supplies, office equipment and all purchases
- Maintain office condition and arranging necessary repairs
- Manage office reception - mails, open letterbox and general support to visitors
- Ensure securing integrity, and confidentiality of data
- To liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning and IT services
- To ensure office inventories such as furnitures, equipments, computers and Laptops are accounted for
- Ensure the cleanliness of the Office Pantry and Storeroom.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
