Job Overview
We are looking to hire a self-motivated and committed Admin Assistant to join the team. He/she will carry out administrative duties and provide clerical support to ensure efficient business operations.
Responsibilities
- Manages mails – physical mails, emails and courier services
- Manages warehousing of documents
- Performs operational tasks for Trademark, Patent, Design, Renewals and Recordals (prepares, files, reports and bills applications)
- Monitors deadlines for Trademark, Patent, Design, Renewals and Recordals
- Updates status of Trademark, Patent, Design, Renewals and Recordals
- Issues bills for Trademark, Patent, Design, Renewals and Recordals
- Performs other administrative duties and projects when assigned
Qualifications
- GCE ‘O’ Levels (preferably with credit in English)
- Intellectual property/ trademark experience and knowledge of procedures in Singapore/abroad would be advantageous
- For entry level candidates, prior experience is not a must as training will be provided
