Job Description
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry and filing.
- Maintain and update customer account data on Salesforce.
- Generate reports from Salesforce.
- Ensure service excellence delivery to both internal and external customers and partners.
- Assist with customer enquiries, quotations, order processing and fulfilment.
- Work closely with team members to ensure accuracy of records and proper record keeping.
- Other administrative ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Students on holiday or waiting for school term to start are welcome
- Fast learner in computer systems
- Proficient in the use of MS Office applications is a must, ERP/CRM system is an advantage
- Able to multitask, organized and have a positive attitude
- Able to work independently in a dynamic and fast pace environment with minimum supervision
- Able to commence work from June 2026
- Commitment level: 3 days per week
- Working hours: 8:30am - 6pm
